At DrPillmans, we are dedicated to providing safe, confidential delivery of healthcare products in accordance with UK regulatory standards.
Free Express Tracked Delivery (UK Only)
As part of the NHS contraception service, we offer free express delivery on all UK orders.
- Delivery Time: 1-2 working days from dispatch
- Courier: Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Tracking: will be provided upon dispatch
Please note that delivery time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.
Dispatch Times:
- Any consultations completed before 2pm that are approved (Monday – Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.
- Completed consultations placed after 2p.m. on weekends & bank holidays are processed the next working day.
- Some consultations will require clinical approval by the prescribing team; once this process is complete, orders are then approved and dispatched. Delays can occur if additional medical or personal information is required.
Patient Safety & Suitability
At DrPillmans we reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable following clinical review to ensure patient safety and appropriate use of prescription medication.
Confidential & Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, recyclable and unbranded packaging. Information about the contents of the packaging is not displayed externally in line with patient confidentiality.
Delivery Area
- Delivery is limited to the United Kingdom; we do not offer international shipping. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person or location you have nominated.
- You, or a person or location you have nominated, will receive the delivery.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct and accurate, as we take no responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
Royal Mail Safeplace
If you have nominated a safe place, then the nomination acts as your delivery instruction. Once Royal Mail confirms delivery to that location, the parcel is considered delivered, and responsibility transfers to you. We are not liable for loss or theft after this point.
Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived:

- Confirm your address
Please contact us within 7 days of the expected day of delivery if your parcel is missing. We will then investigate with Royal Mail. The courier must confirm any claims for loss or replacement before we can process them.
