Non-Medicinal Products

You may cancel eligible non-medicinal items within 7 days of delivery, provided the following:

  • Items are unused and unopened.
  • Returned in original packaging

Return postage will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Medicines & Regulated Products

To protect patient safety and comply with UK regulations, medicines cannot be returned once dispatched, except when the item is faulty, damaged, or an incorrect one is supplied. This ensures that medication is not re-used or redistributed once it has left the pharmacy supply chain.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence where possible

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch and before clinical approval is completed. Once a prescription has been issued or medication dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact the customer support team if you require any further information.
